How the Custom Jewelry Process Works

Once you contact New Era Jewelry Design about having a custom piece made, you’ll work directly with Stephanie and Fabian to begin designing your custom jewelry. We’ll begin by learning the basics, such as what metal and stones you’d like. We’ll also have you explain any particular vision you had. If you have drawings of any kind or inspiration, we would love to see them! 

From there, we’ll create a design based on your vision, as well as any functionality of the piece. When we have the design put together, we’ll provide you with a quote. Once you approve the quote and handle any down payments needed, we’ll begin working on your custom jewelry piece. We’ll communicate with you every step of the way to ensure we are creating a piece that fits your vision and exceeds your expectations. Once your piece is complete, we’ll ship it to you!
